The workshop begins on Monday 19 in the afternoon with the ETSF Steering Committee, Managing Board and Software meetings.
The sessions start on Tuesday 20 in the morning and end on Friday 23 after lunch.

(*) Poster contributions can always be submitted. However, contributions submitted after August 12 will not be included in the workshop booklet.

Baby sitting and special requests:

  • Baby sitting is available on request.
  • Dietary requirements (eg. vegetarian, lactose free, ....) will be taken into account.

Please specify your needs in the registration form under 'special requests'.

Participation Grants:

A limited number of grants will be available to partially cover participation expenses. Submission of an abstract and a motivation letter are required to apply.
